Barley Hyal-some Water Tank Hydrogel mask

PO:DL Barley Hyal-Some Water Bomb HydroMask comes in a set of four masks that are made in Korea. They do have a light scent but nothing overwhelming and it dissipates quickly. I love that these masks come in two parts - one for the lower face and one for the upper. My skin is super dry and sensitive and I found that masks like these do wonders for my skin. The moisture helps get me through the day. After washing your face and placing the mask in the proper place, you can leave this on for up to 2 hours. I found that 45 minutes in my sweet spot and then I just pat in the rest of the serum.

I found that these mask are cool when first applied and lots of hydrating ingredients. It also contains peptides that help with age spots and help with texture. These are reasonably priced and I am using 1 each week. I really like this brand and everything I have tried has worked well for my skin.

This mask is very much worth picking up. I've used a lot of face masks. After I took this off, i was a little shocked, my skin looked gorgeous. Yes, moisturized but looked so bright and clear and right after, looked like my pores had pretty much disappeared along with my fine lines. I mean, they obviously came back but seeing that? Very cool.

Anyway. This comes with 4 masks in a pack, I used the Barley Hyal-Some (blue mask). There are no English directions on the pack, but there are on the page and on the instructions there is a 30. Being a regular face mask user, it was easy to figure out that meant keep it on for 30 minutes. It's a hydrogel mask, my favorite type of mask, and comes in 2 pieces, a top and bottom. It was easy to remove from the pack and very comfortable to put on. Didn't slide and stayed put. I did wear it longer than the instructions, I do that often. Probably closer to 50 minutes. And as I already briefly raved about above, seriously great results! While a little over $6 per mask might seem like a lot, to me, it is very worth it.

These gel masks are just so much more effective then the paper ones. I tend to use them at night and when I do I wash my face early, put on my serums and leave the mask on until it turns clear. I'll watch a movie, or some shows for a few hours. Then I pat in the extra serum, and follow with a night cream. My face feels GREAT the next day, and I still feel the difference after a day or two. I've never left one on over night but you could easily. I don't believe it would come off during sleep. Not a bad price for the quality of the product. It's not something you would use daily. I tend to use one every other week or so. I really like them and will probably always want to have a box in the house.
