Shipping

What should I do if the delivered item is damaged or incorrect?

Please check the condition of your product upon delivery. If you notice any damage or errors, contact our customer service at cs@podl.global.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information is usually updated within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. You can check it in your order list after logging in.

What is the shipping cost?

For US & CA residents, a flat shipping rate of $6.95 will be charged for shipping. Free shipping is available for orders over $35 USD.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary by destination, but orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Please note that local conditions or high shipping volumes may affect the estimated delivery date.

Tracking shows that my package was delivered but I have not received it.

If your tracking shows a delivery but you haven’t received the package, please contact cs@podl.global with photos of all items received. Keep items unopened and in their original condition, as they may need to be retrieved. We will investigate with our warehouse and respond promptly.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship our products to the United States and Canada. For more information on global shipping, please visit https://podl.global

What should I do if my shipment is delayed?

First, track your order using the provided tracking number. If there is a significant delay beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service at cs@podl.global. We will respond promptly during business hours.

Returns & Refunds & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
The original order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment

How do I return an item?

To start a return, please submit a request through our "Submit a Request" page. We will respond as quickly as possible during business hours.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

What is the shipping fee for a return or exchange due to a change of mind?

A total return shipping fee of $13.90 will be charged, including both the original shipping and return fees. However, if free shipping was applied, only $6.95 will be charged for return shipping.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refund processing times depend on your payment gateway and card company. Even after we process your refund, it may take longer for the third party to complete approval. If you haven’t received a refund within two weeks, please contact your card company.

Who pays for exchange shipping?

For exchanges due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please submit a request with your order details and photos to support your claim, and we will be happy to assist you.

How long do your products last?

PO:DL products have a shelf life of 3 years from the manufacturing date if unopened (as indicated on the packaging) and 12 months after opening. For optimal results, we recommend using the products within 6-12 months once opened.

Are PO:DL skincare products vegan?

Almost all of our products are vegan. At PO:DL, we focus on creating clean, safe formulations that are effective for the skin. All products undergo low-irritation testing and clinical trials, meeting strict domestic and international standards.

Are PO:DL skincare products cruelty-free?

We’re committed to being cruelty-free: all our products are certified cruelty-free, and we do not test on animals.

I have allergic reactions after using a PO:DL product. What should I do?

When trying a new product, temporary reactions may occur during the skin’s adaptation stage. If issues arise within 1–10 days, it may be a natural process as the skin adjusts and expels impurities. In such cases, stop using the product temporarily and resume once symptoms subside. If problems persist, discontinue use and contact our customer service at cs@podl.global.

Are PO:DL skincare products fragrance-free?

Not all of our products are fragrance-free. However, all PO:DL skincare products are free from artificial fragrances.

Are PO:DL skincare products pregnancy-safe?

Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare providers for review before using.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered or canceled. After fulfillment begins, changes or cancellations are not possible. If you no longer want the product, please initiate a return following our return policy. For further assistance, contact cs@podl.global. Thank you for understanding.

How can I check my order?

You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

What kind of payment do you currently accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna, major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa), as well as additional payment methods (JCB, UnionPay, Zip, Afterpay, Jko, WERO, SPayLater).

Do you offer promotions or discount codes for first-time customers?

Sign up for our newsletter via the pop-up on our global mall to receive a 15% welcome discount. After entering your email and clicking “Continue,” a discount code will be sent to you via email within 2–3 days. Apply this code at checkout on your first purchase.

Why was my order canceled or payment failed?

As a new brand with limited inventory, our fraud prevention system may cancel orders if multiple rapid purchases are attempted. Creating multiple accounts to place orders violates our Terms of Service. This helps us protect our customers and maintain compliance. Please review our Terms of Service for details.
